What Data We Collect
When you buy the game:
- Your email address — so we can send you your game code
We do not collect your name. Payment details (card numbers etc.) are handled entirely by Stripe and never seen by us.
When you opt in to our newsletter after playing:
- Your email address — only if you voluntarily provide it
This is separate from your purchase and entirely optional.
Automatically when you visit our website:
- IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site — collected via Google Analytics
- Browsing behaviour used for targeted advertising — collected via Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads and TikTok pixels

We do not share your data with any other third parties.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We retain purchase records (email address and associated game code) for one year from the date of purchase, after which they are deleted.
Newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
Your Rights

- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")

International Transfers
Some of our third-party services (including Stripe, SendGrid, Google and Meta) may process your data outside the UK or European Economic Area. Where this occurs, these providers are required to ensure your data is protected to an equivalent standard, typically through Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the UK ICO.
